Troubleshooting
Resolve blocked traffic, startup failures, seat limits and clean resets.
Traffic is blocked
Run tigermole-proxy status and tigermole-proxy license. If the license is EXPIRED or missing, activate a valid key. TigerMole never forwards unprotected secrets.
The proxy does not start
Run tigermole-proxy doctor and inspect system logs. On Windows check the tray icon; on Linux use journalctl --user -u tigermole.service.
Seat limit
On the old machine run tigermole-proxy deactivate, then activate the key on the new one. Do not delete the license before releasing its seat.
Clean reset
Use tigermole-proxy uninstall to stop the process, remove configuration and release the seat automatically.
