The website provides information about TigerMole, allows users to download the software, consult documentation and, where available, request trials, purchase consumer plans or contact TigerMole for an Enterprise proposal.

You must use the website lawfully, diligently and with respect for third-party rights. You may not attempt to access systems or data without authorisation, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service or use its content for unlawful activities.

TigerMole may limit access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate fraud or prevent unlawful use, without prejudice to rights available under applicable law.

Individual and Team plans purchased through the consumer checkout are governed by the Consumer Terms shown before payment, together with the applicable price, tax, billing period and renewal information.

Enterprise is not purchased or paid for directly through this website. Each Enterprise transaction is subject to the contract, Order Form, EULA and schedules expressly agreed with the business customer. Published Enterprise information does not replace those documents and does not, by itself, constitute a binding contractual offer.

The proprietary text, designs, interfaces, logos, trade marks, documentation, code and other website and software content belong to Joan Lecha Guix (TigerMole) or are used with the relevant authorisation. They are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law.

Access to the website does not grant rights to exploit, reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly communicate that content, except where expressly authorised or permitted by law.

TigerMole takes reasonable measures to keep the website available and its information up to date, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the complete absence of errors. Maintenance, security or update work may be carried out.

TigerMole is a preventive tool and does not guarantee detection of every possible sensitive-information format or prevention of every data leak by itself. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
