TigerMole is developed and commercialised by Joan Lecha Guix, a self-employed professional (autónomo) operating under Spanish law (hereinafter "Tigermole", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, activating, or using the TigerMole software (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

These Terms apply to all users of the Software, including individuals and organisations accessing it via a paid subscription or free trial.

TigerMole is a locally-installed proxy application that intercepts outbound HTTP/2 requests from AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code) and masks sensitive information — including API keys, tokens, passwords, and personally identifiable information — before those requests leave the user's machine.

The Software runs entirely on-device. Tigermole does not receive, process, or store your prompts, code, or any masked content. Zero telemetry is transmitted by the proxy layer.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, TigerMole grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your subscription plan ("Seats").

This licence does not include the right to sublicence, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the Software for any commercial purpose beyond your own internal use.

You agree not to:

TigerMole offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, access to paid features will be suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

TigerMole reserves the right to modify the duration and availability of the free trial at any time with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. TigerMole does not store payment card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Prices shown exclude VAT where applicable. VAT will be applied according to your billing address and applicable EU rules.

The Software, its source code, design, algorithms, and all associated documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Joan Lecha Guix (Tigermole) and are protected by Spanish and EU intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Tigermole.

Tigermole's collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect (account data, analytics with consent), the legal basis for processing, and your rights under GDPR.

You acknowledge that the Software itself processes data locally on your device and that Tigermole has no access to that data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TigerMole does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. No security tool, including TigerMole, can guarantee the prevention of all data leaks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIGERMOLE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO TIGERMOLE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €100.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TIGERMOLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TigerMole reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Software and cancel your subscription before the effective date.

TigerMole may suspend or terminate your access to the Software immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence is revoked and you must delete all copies of the Software from your devices.

Sections 5, 8, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

For EU consumers, nothing in this clause restricts your right to seek redress under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
