Consumer Terms — Individual and Team

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms apply exclusively to consumer purchases of Individual and Team made through Stripe.

Individual and Team · B2C

Both are consumer products. Team supports between 1 and 20 seats and retains all mandatory consumer protections.

Enterprise · separate agreement

Enterprise is not purchased through this checkout or billed through Stripe. It is governed by a directly agreed contract, Order Form and B2B terms.

1. Company Information

TigerMole is developed and commercialised by Joan Lecha Guix, a self-employed professional (autónomo) operating under Spanish law (hereinafter "Tigermole", "we", "us", or "our").

Address: Calle Joaquim Vives Prat 18, B-2, 08392 Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Barcelona, Spain. DNI: 21784928H Contact: joan@tigermole.com

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, downloading, installing, activating or using the TigerMole software (the "Software"), you accept these Consumer Terms (the "Terms"). You can store, print and review them before paying.

These Terms apply to Individual and Team plans purchased through the consumer checkout. Enterprise is expressly excluded and is governed by the contractual documents agreed directly with the customer.

3. Description of the Software

TigerMole is a locally installed proxy application that processes outbound requests from compatible AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code) and masks sensitive information — including API keys, tokens, passwords and personal data — before forwarding them to the configured provider.

Content inspected by the proxy layer is processed locally. Tigermole does not receive or store your prompts, code, secrets or masked content. Licence activation and validation do transmit the technical data described in the Privacy Policy to the licensing service.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, TigerMole grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use the Software for the number of seats permitted by your plan. Individual includes 1 seat. Team allows between 1 and 20 seats.

The licence may be suspended or terminated only under these Terms and applicable law. It does not include the right to sublicence, sell, resell, assign or exploit the Software to provide services to third parties without written authorisation.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

(a) Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software except to the extent permitted by applicable law;

(b) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;

(c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the Software;

(d) Use the Software to provide a commercial service to third parties without prior written authorisation from TigerMole;

(e) Use the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. Free Trial

The 14-day free trial is available exclusively for Individual, includes Individual capabilities, permits one seat and requires no credit card. There is no Team or Enterprise trial.

When the trial ends, the licence expires and the Software stops forwarding traffic until a valid licence is activated. Future changes to the availability of new trials do not affect a trial already granted.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Individual and Team subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually, according to the option shown before entering Stripe. Before payment, you are shown the plan, seats, price, billing period, renewal and applicable final tax total. Stripe processes payment and TigerMole does not store full card details.

The subscription automatically renews for equal periods until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. This does not limit any mandatory refund, price reduction or other remedy.

Where legally applicable, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw. Any request for immediate activation and its potential effect on withdrawal rights must be express and separate; it is not presumed by accepting these Terms. You can exercise the right by sending an unambiguous statement to joan@tigermole.com.

8. Intellectual Property

The Software, its source code, design, algorithms, and all associated documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Joan Lecha Guix (Tigermole) and are protected by Spanish and EU intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Tigermole.

9. Privacy & Data Processing

Tigermole's collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Content processed by the proxy and audit records remain locally under the control of the user or organisation deploying the Software; Tigermole does not access them.

Where an organisation enables records or reports that may relate to employees, that organisation determines their purpose, access and retention and is responsible for informing users, establishing a legal basis, limiting access and meeting applicable obligations. TigerMole provides technical controls but does not decide how the organisation uses those records.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TigerMole does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free or detect every possible format of sensitive information. No security tool can by itself guarantee prevention of every data leak.

This clause does not exclude or limit mandatory statutory rights concerning conformity, updates, repair, replacement, price reduction, termination or other remedies available to consumers.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits TigerMole's liability or a consumer remedy where the law does not permit this, including wilful misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury, lack of conformity and other mandatory rights.

To the extent permitted by law, TigerMole is not responsible for loss caused exclusively by use contrary to the documentation, unauthorised modifications, or a decision not to install a necessary update after you were informed of its availability and the consequences of not installing it.

12. Modifications to the Terms

TigerMole will modify these Terms or the service during a subscription only for a valid reason and to the extent permitted by law. Material changes will be communicated on a durable medium with reasonable notice, explaining their content, date and, where applicable, the right to terminate without charge.

A modification will not retroactively reduce rights already acquired or replace express acceptance where the law requires it.

13. Termination

TigerMole may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, providing notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it where appropriate. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent a serious security risk, fraud or unlawful use.

Termination does not prejudice mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property and dispute resolution, remain in force.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law without depriving you of mandatory protection provided by the law of your country of residence.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under consumer protection rules; consumers are not required to accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
